At Munecas Couture, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Sale' at the time of purchase.

• Accessories (hats, bags, belts, jewelry).

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at munecascouture12@gmail.com or call (978) 258-9243 within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at munecascouture12@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at munecascouture12@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. In-Store Returns

Items purchased online may also be returned in person at our boutique: 192 Broadway, Lawrence, MA 01840, within the 14-day return window. Please bring your order confirmation and original packaging.
