Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Munecas Couture. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce processing time — it applies to transit time only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Munecas Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. For additional assistance, reach out to us at munecascouture12@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Munecas Couture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at munecascouture12@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers are welcome to shop in person at our boutique: 192 Broadway, Lawrence, MA 01840. Store hours: Monday–Thursday 10:30 AM–8:00 PM · Friday–Saturday 10:30 AM–9:00 PM · Sunday 11:30 AM–7:00 PM.
